Before you dive into our platform, you'll need to create an account. This article will walk you through everything you need to know about the sign-up process, helping you get started with BMS quickly and easily.

The account creation process is divided into three major steps:

  • User Information: You will provide your name, surname, email, and password.

  • Tax Information: You will choose between a personal or business account and provide the corresponding tax details.

  • Credit Card Details: You will securely add a valid credit card to your account.

User Information

  • Access the Platform: Navigate to the BMS platform at https://console.bluems.com/.

  • Start the Sign-up Process: On the login page, click the "Sign Up" button.

  • Fill in Your Details: Complete the registration form with the following information:

    • Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • Password

    • Password Confirmation

      • Password Criteria:

        • Be at least 8 characters long;

        • Contain at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z);

        • Contain at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z);

        • Contain at least 1 number (0-9);

        • Contain at least 1 special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*-);

  • Agree to Terms: Read and agree to the platform's terms and conditions, then click "Next."

  • Confirm Your Email: Check your email inbox for a confirmation code from BMS. Enter this code on the platform to verify your email address.

Tax Information

Provide Your Information: You will be prompted to select between "Personal" or "Business" information.

Complete the required fields, including:

  • Complete name

  • Company's name

  • Phone number

  • Full address, including:

    • Country

    • Address Line 1

    • Address Line 2

    • City

    • State/Region

    • Zip code

  • Tax ID

Credit Card

Enter your valid credit card details, which will be used for billing purposes.

For validation purposes, a small, temporary amount may be charged to your card and then immediately refunded. We accept the following cards:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • China UnionPay (CUP)

  • Discover & Diners Club

  • eftpos Australia

  • Japan Credit Bureau (JCB)

Once all information is submitted, your account will be created, and you will be automatically redirected to the BMS platform dashboard.

What do I need to create an account at BMS?

To create an account, you will need to provide three types of information:

  • Basic user information: Full name, email, and a password that meets our security criteria.

  • Tax information: You must select whether your account is for Personal or Business use and provide your full address and a valid tax ID (e.g., CPF/CNPJ for Brazil).

  • Payment method: A valid credit card is required. We accept American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners Club, eftpos Australia, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard, and Visa.

Is there a charge to create an account?

No, creating an account is completely free. We only charge for the services you use on the platform. A small, temporary charge may appear on your credit card for validation purposes, but it will be immediately refunded.

How do I manage my account once it's created?

You can manage your billing information, account details, and users directly from your dashboard once you have successfully logged in.

Who should create the account?

The account can be created by anyone who has the necessary information to do so. For agencies, this depends on their strategy. The most recommended approach is to have the client create the account with their own data. This ensures the client's account isn't inseparably linked to the agency, allowing them to maintain control and access to all data generated from their paid campaigns. If the client decides to end their contract or not renew with the agency, they can remove the agency's users from the account, keeping all the account data.

Another approach is for the agency to create an account for the client under its organization. However, this links the account to the agency's primary account, which can complicate the migration process if the client later decides to switch agencies or manage their account independently.

Why is a credit card necessary?

We require a credit card during the registration process to eliminate the need for a manual credit approval or review. This allows your account to be created automatically and instantly, so you can start using the platform right away. How can I delete an account?

To delete your account, you must contact our technical support.

Is my registration approved automatically, or does it require review?

Due to payments being handled via credit card, no formal analysis or approval is required. Your registration is automatically approved as long as you provide a valid credit card that is accepted by the platform. The only check performed is a validation of the credit card to confirm the information you provided is correct.

Can I create an account as an individual or a company?

Yes, it is possible to create accounts for both individuals and companies.

How do I add other users or team members and set access permissions?

Once your account is created, you can add other users and define their access permissions using our user management feature. Please refer to our user documentation for detailed instructions on how to do this.

I haven't received the confirmation email. What should I do?

First, make sure you entered your email address correctly. If it is correct, please wait a few minutes as the email may be delayed. If you have waited and still have not received the code, please contact our technical support for assistance.
